Levantina and Lime Studio have created the Central Bar of 100% Design 2008

Levantina and Lime Studio, designers based in the English city of Nottingham, have created the Central Bar of 100% Design 2008, the most important contemporary design exhibition within the United Kingdom that will take place in London during the month of September. The great acceptance and the large number of visitors of the 2007 edition assure, once again, a success in participation. 

The huge flow of visitors has been the key to create an open space with basic lines that will offer comfort and functionality to one of the main spaces of 100% Design. To obtain this, the vanguard design that offers Lime Studio has worked together with Levantina’s exceptional materials, such as Sahara Nights. This black granite that reminds us of an African landscape has been used for the bar and as tiling for the floor, highlighting the peculiar style of this natural stone.
Inside the Central Bar, Lime Studio will exhibit one again the tables of their FUR collection. In these tables, materials such as Blanco Ibiza and Negro Zimbabwe combine with the opposite forms of the aluminium. Also, the versatility of the porcelain sheet TECHLAM® has once again proved its worth when used to offer content to the wooden walls through an attractive chromatic gradient. 
This joint work of Levantina with Lime Studio results in this innovative concept of a social gathering space within 100% Design 2008.
